Cooling circuit cleaning machine

Equipment designed for the automatic cleaning of cooling circuits, such as mold circuits, heat exchangers, etc.

One advantage of this equipment is that it operates solely with water and air, achieving exceptional results without the need for chemical components.

The patented cleaning system mixes air and water at high pressure, generating the “cavitation” effect. This, combined with a constant change in fluid direction, releases all particles, effectively “peeling” the circuit walls and leaving them almost like new.

The equipment features a 7” touchscreen that controls the entire process with multiple functions (flow and pressure control, various cleaning modes and settings, leak detection, memory, etc.).

What are the benefits of a clean cooling system?

For a mold cooling circuit, the primary benefit is that the mold itself cools much better and faster, leading to a reduction in cycle time per injection, which ultimately means increased production.

Secondly, and just as importantly, the equipment allows for preventive maintenance of molds, heat exchangers, etc., extending their service life and reducing the risk of unexpected production stoppages, which can sometimes cause significant financial losses, production rescheduling, delivery delays, etc. Proper preventive maintenance minimizes unforeseen failures.

XMP series mills

The XMP series consists of high-performance equipment suitable for shredding all types of parts, specially designed to shred long and large-volume parts that are very difficult to shred in conventional mills due to their dimensions. Its inclined hopper design facilitates the feeding of bulky parts such as profiles, tubes, car trays, etc. On the other hand, the angled grinding chamber with a rotor diameter of 600 mm exponentially improves the crushing capacity, and the open “V” rotor blade system achieves greater effectiveness and efficiency in the material crushing process. To facilitate maintenance tasks, the equipment includes a hydraulic system for opening the hopper and screen, providing easy access to the area. Material extraction is carried out by a cyclone system that incorporates dust separation to achieve optimum recycled material quality.

The XMD range is available from 7,5 kw up to 160 kw power. These equipments are designed to grind all types of pieces and depending on the size of the piece and the required production, we can choose the model that best suits the needs. Depending on the size, the opening of the hopper can be done manually or with a hydraulic system that facilitates the task. The open rotor blade system is ideal for shredding bulky pieces with a high output. The collection of the shredded material can be done in a drawer or, optionally, an automatic cyclone extraction system can be installed.
