XMP series mills

The XMP series consists of high-performance equipment suitable for shredding all types of parts, specially designed to shred long and large-volume parts that are very difficult to shred in conventional mills due to their dimensions. Its inclined hopper design facilitates the feeding of bulky parts such as profiles, tubes, car trays, etc. On the other hand, the angled grinding chamber with a rotor diameter of 600 mm exponentially improves the crushing capacity, and the open “V” rotor blade system achieves greater effectiveness and efficiency in the material crushing process. To facilitate maintenance tasks, the equipment includes a hydraulic system for opening the hopper and screen, providing easy access to the area. Material extraction is carried out by a cyclone system that incorporates dust separation to achieve optimum recycled material quality.

XMS series mills

The XMS series of mills are low-speed mills, available in 3 kW and 4 kW power ratings. Due to the claw-type blade system with pine cones, it has very low dust and noise emissions. Designed for quick and easy disassembly, it also has a drawer for direct material suction.

XMD Series granulator

The XMD range is available from 7,5 kw up to 160 kw power. These equipments are designed to grind all types of pieces and depending on the size of the piece and the required production, we can choose the model that best suits the needs. Depending on the size, the opening of the hopper can be done manually or with a hydraulic system that facilitates the task. The open rotor blade system is ideal for shredding bulky pieces with a high output. The collection of the shredded material can be done in a drawer or, optionally, an automatic cyclone extraction system can be installed.

GC Series Granulator

The GC series granulator is a plastic shredder that has a compact and robust design to offer a high working performance. The inclined design of the grinding chamber optimizes the shredding process and the external mounting of the bearings facilitates maintenance.

Various blade and rotor systems are available for this plastic shredder, depending on the requirements. In addition, the units can be adapted for material removal by means of a cyclone.

Optionally, the GC series granulators can be installed with a soundproofing system.

GE Series granulator

The GE series granulator are soundproofed equipment, which allows them to be installed in the plant due to their low noise level.

Due to their blade system, a very good shredding quality is achieved with low energy consumption.

All GE series mills are prepared to install a cyclone system for the extraction of the material in a more comfortable way.

GXC Series granulator

The GXC series are very robust machines for high production rates or for the recycling of large parts. Among its main features, it has a resistant anti-wear surface, inclined grinding chamber with quick access, easy maintenance, independent frame to avoid vibrations, different types of blades according to needs, extraction system with turbine. In addition, as an option, it can be equipped with a soundproofing system.

XMC Series granulator

The XMC range of granulator goes from 7.5 kW to 37 kW of power. They are soundproofed, which allows them to be installed in the plant due to their low noise level. To facilitate maintenance tasks, the mills incorporate hydraulic opening of the hopper (from XMC-300/600 onwards).

The “V” type open rotor blade system guarantees a very high shredding quality and facilitates the shredding of bulky pieces. In addition, the pulley and counter-pulley system reinforces the rotor structure. The entire XMC range is equipped as standard with a cyclone system for automatic extraction of the shredded material.

XMG Series granulator

The XMG line of shredders for machine foot, are specially designed to facilitate the daily task of crushing castings and small parts. This plastic shredder is easy to handle and provides great accessibility, the design of its shredders is oriented to ease of use, since in a few simple steps it can be opened and disassembled for cleaning or for maintenance tasks such as changing blades, changing the grid, etc…

Thanks to the blade system of our plastic shredder, the shredding quality is much higher than usual and also the dust and noise level is lower. The rotor speed is medium and works with a gearbox which gives more power to crush complicated parts.

XMG series granulator are available in different sizes and power ratings ranging from 2.2kw to 4kw.
