The 300 GA series feeders are the most common solution for conveying material to machine hoppers as well as to drying hoppers, mixers, dosing units, etc…

The hopper is made of stainless steel and has a capacity of 7.5 L.

It has a powerful 1 kW motor capable of transporting up to 150 kgs/h.

To facilitate the tasks, it has an effective system of automatic filter cleaning by means of compressed air.

The operation is done through a simple remote control from which the various functions can be adjusted.

Optionally, a proportional valve can be installed.

Mechanical feeders

Mechanical or worm screw feeders stand out for generating virtually no dust during the material transport process. This makes them ideal for crushed materials that contain a lot of dust or even for transporting powdered materials. The performance of these models ranges from 100 kg/h to over 1000 kg/h, depending on the model, type of screw, and material to be transported.

Venturi

The JPV-1 series feeder is an equipment based on the venturi principle using compressed air for material suction.

It stands out for being a compact and very light equipment made of aluminum and polycarbonate that easily adapts to any machine. Due to its small size, it can also be installed on dosing hoppers. In addition, another of its advantages is that it requires almost no maintenance.

Three phase

The range of three-phase feeders covers an output from 200 kgs/h. up to 1,000 kgs/h.

The equipment is equipped with very reliable vacuum pumps.

The capacity of the receiving hoppers varies according to the model and the amount of material to be conveyed (between 6 L. and 40 L.).

To facilitate maintenance tasks, it has an effective automatic filter cleaning system by reversing the rotation.

It also has an alarm in case of lack of material.

All equipment functions (suction time, filter cleaning, stop time, etc…) are controlled by a simple microprocessor.

Optionally, any of the three-phase feeders can incorporate a proportional valve for simultaneous suction of several materials.
